This is a standard MSHSL (Minnesota State High School League) floor.

  • Total Dimensions: Approx. 42' x 42'

  • Competition Area: 40' x 40'

STRICT PICKUP & LOGISTICS REQUIREMENTS

  • Firm Pickup Deadline: Removal must be completed no later than 3:00 PM on Wednesday, May 28th.

  • Scheduling: Please email purchasing@rochesterschools.org to schedule your pickup appointment.

  • Loading Assistance: No loading assistance or equipment will be provided. School staff cannot help lift or move the flooring. Buyers must bring adequate labor and a suitable vehicle to load and transport the items.

  • Condition: All items are sold "as-is, where-is."

Standard Disclaimer for Rochester Public Schools:

Viewing of auction items is by appointment only.

Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card only. No cash, checks, or money orders will be accepted.

Payment and removal must be completed within ten (10) calendar days after notification of award.

Sales tax of 8.13% will be applied unless the buyer provides a valid tax-exempt certificate.

A buyer's premium of ten percent (10%) will be added to the final sale price, with a $1 minimum charge per auction. All sales are final.

Ownership of items transfers to the buyer upon full payment. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, expressed or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

The successful bidder is solely responsible for scheduling pickup, loading, packing, and transportation of all items. District staff will not provide labor, tools, or equipment for removal. Pickups are by appointment only during normal business hours.

Items not removed within the required timeframe may, at the District's sole discretion, be considered abandoned. Rochester Public Schools reserves the right to relist, recycle, or otherwise dispose of abandoned items without refund.

Buyers must comply with all School District safety, security, and visitor requirements while on District property.
