Boat has scuff and scratches all over, there is also holes drilled into hull where lights used to be. Screws are missing in spots or stripped out. seats have wear and a few torn spots. Trailer has some damage to it on the left rear fender, Boat is well used.

NOTE: We are unable to answer questions about this item after 3:00PM CST the day of the auction closing.

PAYMENT
The successful bidder will be required to remit payment to the Purchasing Division within five (5) business days prior to pick up and remove the property within ten (10) business days from the date of Notice of Award/Winning Bid Email.

Failure to make payment within five (5) business days may result in the item going to the next highest bidder.

Failure to pick up an item within ten (10) business days will result in the forfeiture of any payment made on the item. 

We reserve the right to block/ban customers who abandon property or refuse to pay for an item.



NOTE: Pick-up time is from 9:00am until 3:00pm, Monday through Thursday with the exception of holidays.

ADDITIONAL BIDDING INFORMATION
The winning buyer is responsible for making all arrangements and costs associated with the removal, shipping, and handling of this item. Buyers shall also be held responsible to file all title transfers and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority.

When an auction specifies that a bid deposit May Apply, it means that when bidding reaches a certain point (around $500.00) a bid deposit will be required. Before bidding reaches $500.00, bid deposits will not be required. Bid deposits only affect the WINNER of the auction. If you fail to pay for the item within 5 business days you may be considered a default bidder. If you default, you will lose your bid deposit amount.

Remember: Your bid is the same as a contract - Please only bid on an item that you are serious about buying. Bogus Bidders will be blocked! A winning bid constitutes a legally binding contract.

PayMac handles all payments for Crow Wing County. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

A State of Minnesota sales and/or Use tax of 7.875% shall be added to all purchases made. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 10 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Crow Wing County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
