Vehicle taken from Sheriff's Office patrol fleet. Check engine light is on due to a faulty EVAP sensor (emissions sensor). Squad has been parked for a few months so brake rotors have surface rust that may or may not need replacing.  Interior condition as noted is poor with lots of gravel dust as well as driver interior wear as shown in pictures.  Runs and drives as it should. Interior has holes and marks throughout from police equipment being mounted and installed. The body has holes from police equipment and antennas. Rear doors are inoperable from the backseat area but do function.
 

There is only a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin for this vehicle.  That will not be a problem if you are a MN resident.  If you will be registering the vehicle in a different state please check with your license bureau, if a title needs to be ordered there will be a delay in picking up the vehicle. 

Winning Bidder must call to arrange a pick up time.  Winning bidder is responsible for all costs associated with tax, title and registration.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

The tax rate of 8.125% may be calculated at the time of bidding. If included, the buyer shall add the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item(s) from the agency's premises within ten (10) business days after award notice is sent to winning bidder, who must call in advance to schedule a time for pickup. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal ID must be presented at pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), unless prior arrangements have been made with the County representative.
