INFORMATION FOR WINNING BIDDERS
Auctions may be scheduled for pick-up from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. Please call 505-352-7728 to schedule an appointment.
Items must be paid for within 5 business days and picked up within 10 business days of the auction's end. For auction Items paid for but not picked up within ten business days, the Village will resell or dispose of them in a landfill. We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges.
The winning bidder will be responsible for packing and loading any item(s) at the time of pickup. Non-operational vehicles must be towed, with no exceptions.
No maintenance will be allowed on department property, except for the installation of a new battery.
The buyer is encouraged to bring help if needed. If a third party picks up items, please notify them to arrive fully equipped.
If someone other than the bidder is picking up the item, please email a letter of authorization from the winning bidder's email account to jaramillopa@loslunasnm.gov. The letter must include the winning bidder's name, the auction number, and the name of the third party. Also, please have a copy of your driver's license (for the winning bidder). The third party must show their driver's license at pickup. We WILL NOT release anything until we receive this information.

PayMac Inc receives and processes ALL payments and will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

The credit card limit per transaction is $4,000.00. For payments larger than this amount, follow the instructions listed under Wire Transfers.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises and is responsible for packing, loading, shipping and/or transporting of items if necessary, and no later then 10 days after "notice of award".

Bid deposits may be required to ensure fairness to all buyers.
