Description: 2 Bay COTF down draft spray booth with fire suppression system and
natural gas heating unit.
The winning bidder will be responsible for the cost of removing the unit from the
building. This includes removing and capping the roof vent system as well. The unit
has been disconnected from the natural gas supply and electrical connections. The
downdraft floor filter holders are included but the floor grating is not. The unit must be
removed and roof capped by August 1 st 2026.
Copies of blueprints and documentation will be provided to the winning bidder.
Originals will be kept and maintained by the owner.
Onsite inspection is available M-F 8:00 am – 3:00 pm by appointment only.
Any damage to owner property will be the responsibility of the winning bidder to replace
or repair. Winning bidder must provide proof of liability insurance.

The winning bidder must make contact within ten (10) business days to arrange removal
dates and times.
We will not help load, transport, move or relocate items. Auction winner is solely
responsible for bringing or arranging for appropriate transportation for items.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
OHIO HI-POINT JOINT VOCATION SCHOOL DISTRICT may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
