HAS SCRATCHES, SCUFFS AND DINGS THROUGHOUT AND CONSISTENT WITH ACTIVE USE.  INTERIOR IS IN FAIR CONDITION WITH SOME STAINS.  THERE ARE ABANDONED WIRES AND HOLES IN AREAS WHERE SPECIAL EQUIPMENT WAS ADDED TO PROVIDE PUBLIC SERVICE. TIRES HAVE APPROXIMATELY 40% TREAD REMAINING.  THE EXTERIOR MAY HAVE DECAL/ADHESIVE REMNANTS THROUGHOUT.  WINDSHIELD MIGHT HAVE ROCK CHIPS.  THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON.  THE UNLOCK FAB DOES NOT FUNCTION.  WE DO NOT INSPECT OR PERFORM ANY DIAGNOSTICS ON VEHICLES OR EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO OFFERING ITEMS FOR SALE TO DETERMINE MECHANICAL OR OPERATIONAL CONDITION.  THE VAN REACHED THE END OF ITS SERVICE LIFE.  MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO VIEW.
