DESCRIPTION:
Agency reports, "Doesn’t run but it was started and run last year. has been unused for about a year. The steering needs some attention and the mower rusted off." Has scratches, scuffs and dings throughout consistent with active use. We do not inspect or perform any diagnostics on vehicles or equipment prior to offering items for sale to determine mechanical or operational condition.
