Professional Humboldt Manufacturing laboratory sample splitter/divider used for preparing representative material samples in soil testing, aggregate testing, construction materials research, environmental testing, and quality-control laboratories.

This bench-top unit features a stainless-steel hopper and dividing chute assembly mounted to a powered motorized base. Humboldt equipment is widely used in civil engineering, geotechnical, construction materials, and research laboratories.

The unit was tested by the surplus office and powers on successfully. The motor operates and the machine spins when activated.

Surplus equipment removed from service.

The unit was tested and successfully powers on and spins. No additional testing was performed. Sample processing accuracy, calibration, throughput, and long-term operational performance have not been verified.

Cosmetic wear consistent with prior laboratory use is present, including dust, surface rust, scratches, and handling marks.

Clemson University may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles all payments for Clemson University.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

Clemson University will charge a sales tax of 7%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Pick-up hours, by appointment only, are normally Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00PM EST except for university holidays or noted otherwise. Most surplus property is located at Clemson University Surplus and Receiving 108 Perimeter Rd Clemson SC 29634 but some items may be at other university locations across the state of South Carolina.
