Large Outdoor Sink with Green Formica Base and has 2 water faucet and one Sprayer. The sink has the Hoses and pipes for installment. The Bottom base has 2 Shelves inside. The Sink is Very Heavy. 140x29x41. The Winner Must provided on transportation for hauling off Campus . Sold as is. All sales are final Office Hours Mon-Fri 7:30-4:00.

ALVIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE (“ACC” or “COLLEGE”) DOES NOT SHIP ITEMS. Bidders may contact a local shipping company to pick up, package and ship items. ACC does NOT package or place items in a box for you.

WE DO NOTINSPECT EVERY ITEM TO SEE IF IT WORKS. We are not experts on the items listed for auction. We are not responsible or accountable for the condition of any items. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items of interest.

The winning bidder must provide their own labor and materials to remove items from the College and must take all items at time of pickup.

Your bid is a decision to buy this item. Customers will not be allowed to view an item and then decide whether or not they will buy it. Ample time is provided to view items before the auction ends. The College reserves the right to block/ban customers who abandon property or refuse to pay for an item.

Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 calendar days of close of auction.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium, if applicable, will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agency's premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Alvin Community College may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.

Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
