Description
Condition: FAIR
This original oil on canvas painting by professional artist Ted Vincent Gallegos features two huskies in a snowy mountain landscape. Gallegos painted the piece in 1974.
 
This is a large oil painting, measuring 39" x 33".
 
The painting is in good condition, but the canvas is very dirty, and the frame is separating in a couple corners. There is also a stain on the right side of the matting, and a scratch in the upper right corner of the frame. These issues can be seen in the close up photos.

Viewing of Auction items by appointment only.

PayMac handles "ALL PAYMENTS" for the Canyons School District. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Canyons School District may charge sales tax. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A 8.5% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: The Canyons School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
