**Winning Bidders**
1. Receipt of payment and winning bid notification must be presented at time of pick-up. The District reserves the right to refuse delivery without proper paperwork.
2. Pick-up:
*****ITEM(S) ON THIS BID MUST BE PICKED UP BY SCHEDULE ONLY. VEHICLES MUST BE PICKED UP BY JUNE 10th. Pick up hours will be between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP ITEM(S) IN THIS TIME FRAME, DO NOT BID.*****
3. Must have proper equipment to remove as quickly as possible.
4. Due to the nature of this bid, only the bidder listed as the auction winner, with proof of payment, will be allowed to pick up the vehicle. No substitutes will be allowed.
Buyers must allow sufficient time to remove purchases before close of business. All buyers must be prepared to load/transport items by themselves. Due to liability District personnel will not help load or secure equipment.
THE WEBER SCHOOL DISTRICT OFFERS NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. DETERMINATION OF CONDITION, FUNCTION, AND PERCEIVED OR ASSUMED VALUE IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 24 hours of close of auction. Non-payment may result in loss of award and the District reserves the right to place item(s) back up for public sale.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from District premises within 10 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the item(s) may not be released. In the event that an item is paid for and not removed the District may issue a refund to the buyer and place item(s) back up for public sale.
