The ammunition included in this sale is offered strictly “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to condition, safety, performance, storage history, or suitability for use.

The Seller has not inspected, tested, or verified the condition of this ammunition and makes no representations regarding its reliability or safety. The quantity, type, and condition of the ammunition are unknown and may vary.

By placing a bid and/or purchasing this lot, the Buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for inspecting, handling, transporting, storing, and using the ammunition in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  2. The Buyer understands that ammunition may be dangerous if mishandled, improperly stored, deteriorated, or defective.
  3. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with the possession and use of the ammunition, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage.
  4. The Buyer releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller, the City, and its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the purchase, possession, handling, transportation, storage, or use of the ammunition.

Failure to inspect the ammunition prior to use does not relieve the Buyer of these responsibilities.

By participating in this auction, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this disclaimer.

Bid Deposits: Helper City may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

PayMac Inc handles all payments for Helper City.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

Helper City will charge a sales tax of 8%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid.

Pick-up hours by appointment only.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.

All items must be picked up in person by the original buyer
