The listed Known Concerns are what have been observed by the selling business unit.  These items have not been validated by a technician.  Areas not listed as known concerns or non does not imply any warranty as to the life or condition and only imply that a concern was not observed, noticed or reported by the previous user.  This ITEM is being sold AS WHERE IS in its existing condition!

Reminder of the Basic Conditions for Sale of Roanoke City Surplus Equipment, vehicles or other listed items:

• All Items listed are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No warranty is given or implied.  All sales are Final and will be governed by the terms agreed to when registering on the Public Surplus site.   
• Inspections of all items are the sole responsibility of the bidder. Viewing times will need to be scheduled and due to Covid 19 will be limited in numbers of people, times of day and days of the week.
• No vehicle will be allowed to be driven! Asset will be allowed to be started looked etc.  No test operation will be permitted
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to have the appropriate hauling equipment for the items(s) being picked up.  No assistance will be offered in the loading or securing of the asset.
• Buyers are responsible for positioning and securing the item(s) purchased on their transport vehicle. 
• Listed known concerns are what have been observed by the business unit selling the item and have not been validated by a technician.  Areas not listed as known concerns or as none do not imply good or warranty as to the life or condition and only imply that a concern was not noticed by the previous user.
• Removal of Goods must be completed or arranged within 10 days of the close of the auction.  After that date good or items will be considered abandoned and the property, title and ownership will revert back to the Seller, which shall have the right to resell.
