Starts via jump, runs, and drives. New 12 volt battery is needed. Oil change is overdue by date (unknown month, 2023), but not miles (206,500). Virginia state inspection expired in February 2023. Check engine light is NOT illuminated. TPS Light is ON, dash shows low tire pressures. Tires are in need of air. Tire tread is fair on all 4 tires. Front suspension feels "clunky". No major mechanical issues noticed when driven, however there is a slight smell of antifreeze present. Truck showed no obvious signs of leaks or overheating. 
 
Overall interior condition is poor. Interior is heavily soiled. Driver's seat is torn. Center console also has a tear in it. Both door pull handles have been ripped off. (Latch handles are still fine)
 
Overall exterior condition is poor. Front end has been wrecked. Damage is cosmetic. Organic growth covers most of the truck. Paint is peeling in multiple spots all over the truck. Surface rust is forming on sections of the utility bed. Locality decals have been removed, however, impressions remain. Roof mounted amber light is functional when plugged in. 
 
Truck will come with 2 ignition keys and 2 utility toolbox keys. 
 
Vehicle maintenance history is not known, nor do we have access to any maintenance records.
 
This vehicle is located at 13048 Poorhouse Rd. Windsor, VA 23487. Buyer is responsible for loading/transport of vehicle after purchase. Towing off-site is always recommended regardless of vehicle condition.

Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Processing of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: COUNTY OF ISLE OF WIGHT may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
