2016 FORD EXPLORER. TRANSMISSION REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A BAD TRANSMISSION. ENGINE RAN PRIOR TO TRANSMISSION REMOVAL BUT NOT COMPLETELY PUT BACK TOGETHER. ALL REMOVED PARTS ARE PLACED INSIDE OF CAR. WILL NEED TO BE HAULED OUT AT PICKUP. THIS CAR WAS A K-9 UNIT FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, DOES HAVE ODOR. EXTERIOR IS WORN AND SCRATCHED. ALL COLORS ARE PAINT NOT GRAPHICS. TIRES ARE WORN BUT SERVICIBLE. SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY. ALL AUCTIONS MUST BE PAID WITHIN 5 DAYS OF AUCTION END OR WILL BE MOVED TO NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER. Per Virginia Code § 2.2-3110 A. (7), City employees are limited to a $500 maximum contract amount, including any buyer premium and state/local sales and/or use tax, per item. This also applies to any family member living in the same household. If any employee is found to have been awarded an auction on an item over $500, the award will be canceled. Employees should not bid during their working hours.
