Surplus Sale – Modular Classroom Unit (60' x 68')

Buyer will be responsible for full removal of the unit and all associated above-ground components. This includes, but is not limited to, skirting, anchors, ramps, and awnings.

Trailers are equipped with wheels, axles, and tongues. Units will be sold empty; however, some IT, electronic, or alarm equipment may be removed prior to sale.

The buyer must ensure that the site is left clean and tidy upon removal of the unit.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.


We are not equipped for shipping, items are available for local pick up only. All items must be removed within five (5) business days following the close of auction for the awarded items. All loading and labor costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any item left after the removal deadline will be subject to resale to the next highest bidder without any obligation to refund any amount to the original buyer.

Property is available for viewing by appointment. For automobiles call 703-228-5749 for all other material call 703-228-6193. Pick up hours are 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday except holidays.
