Note: This unit is in working condition.
**All items are sold "AS-IS".
Be prepared to load your items.
Due to liability EvCC personnel will not help load or secure items. If you cannot carry or lift, you will need to bring additional equipment and/or individuals to help you.
The winning bidder will need to provide all manpower and materials in order to be able to move purchases off premises (boxes, pallets, rope, tarps, etc.)
The same applies if you hire a shipping company to pick up your purchases - you will still need to have your shipper or someone else provide any needed equipment, packing, manpower and materials in order to prepare and/or load items for shipping.
All shipping arrangements and materials are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.
If you are picking up an item for someone else, you will need the Auction Receipt listing the items that have been paid for, photo identification, plus a note from the designated "winning bidder" specifically naming you as their authorized representative.

An EvCC Surplus representative will respond to your email or voicemail to confirm an appointment. Notes: Our facility has no loading dock and cannot accommodate a tractor trailer entering the complex. Only item(s) listed in Title and/or Description are available - no other items in background of pictures are included in this sale. Bid Deposits: Everett Community College may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
PayMac handles all payments for Everett Community College.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium, if applicable, will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid.
The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Everett Community College will not release the item to you.
Pick-up is by appointment only.
The successful bidder or their agent will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
