Commencing at a monument which is the Southeast corner of Lot 6 Block ‘T’ of Vineland, Asotin County Washington, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence running along the centerline of 17th Avenue East in a Northwesterly direction a distance of 27 feet to point which is the point of the beginning; thence deflect 71° 12’ right and run a distance of 262.6 feet; thence deflect 106°3’ right and run a distance of 98.5 feet; thence deflect 73°57’ right and run a distance of 267.6 feet; thence deflect 108°48’ right and run 100 feet to the point of the beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom that part of said Lots 5 and 6 follows:
Commencing at a monument which is the Southeast corner of Lot 6 of Block “T” of Vineland; thence running along the centerline of the County road in a Northwesterly direction of a distance of 27feet; thence deflect right 71°12’ for a distance of 162.6 feet to the true place of beginning; thence continue on the last above mentioned course for a distance of 100 feet; thence deflect right 106°3’ for a distance of 98.5 feet; thence deflect right 73°57’ for a distance of 100 feet; thence on a straight line in a Westerly direction to the point of beginning.
County employees/officers are prohibited from bidding at this sale. No person who is a county employee/officer may bid at the sale. No county employee/officer may bid as an agent of someone else. No agent can bid for any county employee/officer.
All parcels for sale are subject to any easements and assessment liens of other taxing districts and federal liens extinguished by this sale, whether known or unknown. This means that any buyer is purchasing the property subject to 1-easements of record including public utility easements and public right-of-way easements; 2-the State's reservation of mineral rights or mineral rights which may otherwise be reserved of record; 3-Local Improvement District (LID) Liens as provided by law; 4-abatement to "special assessment liens"; 5-and subject to other interests preserved as a matter of law.
5% Buyer Premium-$1 minimum premium per auction shall be added to the final sale price.
Payment must be made within 5 business days of the close of auction.
Acceptable form of payment is wire transfer. No cash, checks, or money orders will be accepted. Payment will be processed through PayMac, a third-party payment processing company. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
