PREVIEW DAY IS ON MONDAY "6/26/17" FROM 8:00AM to 2:00 PM at Garland Fleet Services : 1725 Gasoline Alley, Garland, TX 75040.

Buyer is solely responsible for loading and removing vehicle from lot.

All License plates will be removed from vehicles before removal from lot.

Vehicle does have a clear title. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know the title transfer requirements for their state.

If the listed buyer chooses to send someone else to pick up their purchase, the purchaser must send a signed authorization stating who may pick it up as well as a copy of the buyer's photo ID. (this includes tow companies and wrecker drivers.)

Paperwork must be picked up Monday-Friday only between 8am and 5pm.

ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PAYMENT OTHERWISE BID DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND VEHICLE WILL BE RE-LISTED.

PayMac, LLC handles all payments for City of Garland. Payments must be received within 5 business days of close of auction. Items over $4,000 must be paid via Wire Transfer.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the agency will not release the item to you.

VEHICLES NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PAYMENT WILL BE RE-LISTED, AND BUYER WILL LOSE THEIR DEPOSIT.

Bid Deposits: City of Garland may require a bid deposit to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Successful bidder is responsible for all packing and/or shipping costs. City of Garland will pack small items in a padded envelope at no charge. A pre-paid shipping label is acceptable for small items. For shipping arrangements, consider Pak Mail of Garland (972) 487-0260.

Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected for taxable items unless a valid TX sales tax exemption certificate is provided. Exempt Buyers should ask for sales tax to be removed prior to making payment.

Buyers Premium: An 8% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price.
