Pickup time and location:
Wednesdays - 8:30 - 12:00
Thursdays – 8:30 – 12:00
If you cannot pick up during this time frame DO NOT bid on the auction. There will be no exceptions.
Items not picked up within 10 days of auction award will be resold.
Winning bidder is responsible for removing and loading items. Under no circumstances will UC Merced assume responsibility for removal, loading or transportation. We do not package, palletize or ship. If you want your item shipped contact the UPS Store at (209) 723-8543. All items must be picked up during the hours listed above.

The surplus operation is at the back of the building where the loading docks are located. We are the last door on the right.
All sales are as-is, where-is. The Regents of the University of California ("UC Merced") on behalf of its Merced campus makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the items offered for sale. University of California Merced may require a bid deposit.
PayMac, LLC handles all payments for University of California Merced.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
University of California Merced may charge applicable sales tax [8.25%]. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10% may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
