AFTER payment is made, the winning bidder must make an APPOINTMENT for equipment pickup.
Auction times to review and pickup equipment are Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. PLEASE NOTE: You are REQUIRED to make an APPOINTMENT. All customers will receive a Confirmation Number that must be presented upon arrival for all viewings and pickups.
The miles/hours listed represents the last entry made in the fleet maintenance data base for this unit and may not reflect the actual miles/hours shown on the odometer or hour meter.
All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to participate in City of Atlanta On-line Auctions.

Pursuant to Procurement Code Section2-1327, no employee of the owning, or disposing, City of Atlanta Agency shall be entitled to bid on the unit listed in this on-line auction.
The City of Atlanta reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed. The City of Atlanta also reserves the right to block/ban customers from future auctions, who refuse to pay for an item, or abandon property after payment
Refunds will only be provided to buyers at the time of vehicle pickup if items do not meet the auction listing standards. “No Refund” will be made for any equipment purchased and removed from the City of Atlanta’s property.

Sales Tax: City of Atlanta will collect sales tax.The sales tax will be visible during the bidding process and will be included in the payment specified.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. Public Processing, LLC will notify Buyer of receipt of payment via email.
