All items are where is, as is. We give the most accurate description possible, but encourage buyers to inspect items personally. All items listed were fully functional when stored, unless otherwise listed. Buyers have 5 days to pay for item after winning the auction, and must remove items within 5 days of payment. Failure to do so may cause storage fees to be charged until pick up is completed. ALL items purchased must be removed from its location by the buyer. Seller retains the right to cancel the auction at any time, and to accept or refuse any offers. TO THE WALL, FLOOR, ETC. WILL BE REMOVED BY THE BUYER.
Buyer must supply all personnel for removing said items. The school will NOT have ANY loading capabilities. All items must be removed from the room, and loaded on the truck by the buyer. There are NO forklifts or loading docks at this location. Some equipment is extremely Heavy, and will require special equipment, which will be supplied by the buyer.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING, SHIPPING, OR OTHERWISE OF ANY ITEMS SOLD.
ALL SCHOOL PROPERTY WILL BE REMOVED FROM VEHICLES BEFORE SALE, I.E. RADIOS, EXTINGUISHERS, ETC.
PROPER EQUIPMENT MUST BE USED FOR REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS, I.E. TRUCKS, TRAILERS, VANS, NOT VW'S OR FIATS.
NOTICE !!! Items not paid for within 5 calendar days will be passed to the next highest bidder, or re listed with the winner forfeiting their right to the item. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Ohio Schools Broker will charge a sales tax for location of purchase where applicable.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 11% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 calendar days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment.
If said items are not picked up within five calendar days of notification, the buyer may be charged a storage fee of no less than $10 per day unless other arrangements are made. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: Ohio Schools Broker may require bid deposits.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s). The Vendor does NOT ship, Pack, or handle any purchased items. NO refunds will be given.
