The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary. WE DO NOT PREPARE, PACKAGE OR SHIP. BIDDER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PROCESS.

BE ADVISED:  The individual (or Company) whom won the auction must pick it up.  If that entity is not picking it up, you will communicate that information thru the PublicSurplus official email process indicating the name of individual or shipping company.  This is to protect you and your purchase!

Inspection of Auction items by appointment only.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Pick up hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 8am – 12pm by appointment only. Same day appointments will not be scheduled.  

Pick up must occur within ten (10) business days after closing of auction.  Failure to pick up item(s) within ten (10) business days of auction closing may result in forfeiture of payment and/or relist of auction item.

You are expected to load your own items. If you cannot carry or lift your winnings, you will need to bring someone with you.

Successful bidder must supply all personnel for removing said items. The County will NOT have ANY loading capabilities. All items must be removed and loaded on the truck by the successful bidder. There are NO forklifts or loading docks at this location. Some equipment is extremely heavy, and will require special equipment, which must be supplied by the successful bidder. Successful bidders must bring whatever manpower, strapping material or tie downs needed to safely load and secure auction item(s), or pick up may be refused.

Remember – Your bid is the same as a contract. Please only bid on an item that you are serious about buying. A winning bid constitutes a legally binding contract.
