Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction. After receipt of payment Buyer then has 5 additional business days to remove the item(s). The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or item will not be released to you. Property may be removed Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, except as otherwise designated. PICK UP HOURS VARY DEPENDING ON PICK UP LOCATION. APPOINTMENTS, IF NOT REQUIRED, ARE ENCOURAGED. PLEASE SEE EACH AUCTION FOR DETAILS. Buyer is responsible for loading and removal of all items.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
Bid Deposits: Logan City may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Unless listed otherwise, all items can be inspected at 950 West 600 North, Logan, UT from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
