Description

You are bidding on a Ricoh C901s Production Printer.  It was purchased 5/15/2015 and is in good condition.  The machine powers on and every section of it still works.  LCG will not ship this item. See below for UPS shipping information.

- Comes with all of the accessories shown in the photos.

- LCG is not able to safely take apart this machine to haul off the premises.  If you need someone to do this for you, the company that maintained the printer for us will give you a quote for dismantling the printer on site here.  The contact person is Buddy Wollfarth and he can be reached at 225-663-3965.  As mentioned below LCG has no extra manpower or equipment available to haul this machine off site.

Everything should be considered "used in unknown condition" unless stated otherwise. Verifying description/condition is bidders responsibility. *All items are sold "AS-IS", no refund, no guarantees. 

***SHIPPING AND HANDLING*** Lafayette Consolidated Government is NOT responsible for preparing, packaging, or shipping any items that we sell. BIDDER is responsible for this. The winning bidder is responsible for supplying proper manpower, equipment (i.e. dolly, pallet jack, forklift, etc.), and vehicles (truck size/type) for pickup. No equipment or manpower will be supplied by LCG. Arrangements can be made with our local UPS store for packaging and shipping of the items. The contact person for that store is Danny Landry and his number is 337-232-2442. The winning bidder is responsible for ALL shipping costs. 

**If you choose to pick up the item yourself please try to provide at minimum 24 hrs advance notice before arriving. Our hours for pickup on this item are 8:30am to 3:00pm Monday - Friday.

**Please note that no Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government employee nor a member of their immediate family can bid on an LCG auction item.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

Lafayette Consolidated Government will charge a sales tax of 8.45%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Lafayette Consolidated Government will not release the item to you.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
