 The City of Colorado Springs issues only a Bill of Sale and Supporting Documents. Colorado buyers must apply for title with the State of Colorado, who may issue or refuse title. The bidder's name will be the only name the Bill of Sale is printed in. Driver's license must match bidder's name.

If you are an out of state bidder, please check with your local DMV prior to placing your bid as they may refuse title for an out of state “Bill of Sale”

You have 7 calendar days after auction end to make payment and 14 calendar days to pick up your winning item(s). Items not paid for within the allotted 7 calendar days of auction closing date or picked up within the allotted 14 calendar days will be forfeited and re-listed, and bidder blocked.

Buyers are responsible for filing all Bill of Sale and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority.

1983 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer 4DR 4WD SUV (Bill of Sale Only) (Tow-Away). This vehicle does not have a key. It is in unknown driving condition. Has been sitting since 2005. Both front tires are flat. No rear seats.

This is a used vehicle and may contain defects not immediately detectable.

Needs a new windshield and drivers side mirror is missing. Vehicle has some rust. Has dents and scrapes typical of a used vehicle, some may be large. Please see pictures. (ALL the vehicles are stored outside so they may/or may not have hail damage).
