This auction is for a complete set of components for an Outsunny Pop-Up Gazebo or Instant Canopy Tent. This large, quick-setup shelter is perfect for outdoor events, market stalls, camping, or backyard shade.

What's Included (100% of major components):

  • Collapsible Metal Frame: The accordion-style metal structure (as seen in Images 3716, 3721).

  • Canopy Cover: A large, two-tone cover (silver on one side, dark green on the other) that appears to be in good condition. The silver side is often used for UV reflection/sun protection (Images 3717, 3720).

  • Ropes and Stakes: Tie-down ropes and metal pegs/stakes for securing the gazebo (Image 3718).

  • Warning/Instruction Tag: Includes the Outsunny brand name and setup/care instructions (in German, Image 3719).


 

Condition - Please Read Carefully!

 

The item is being sold AS-IS, UNTESTED, for parts or repair.

Metal Frame: We are not 100% certain that the collapsible metal structure is fully functional or free of damage. It is being sold without a professional setup test. It may be slightly bent, have a broken connection, or need a minor repair to fully extend or lock properly.

This is a great bargain for a handy individual! If you are comfortable with minor repairs or need a substantial canopy and frame components for spare parts, this is an excellent opportunity. The canopy fabric itself appears to be in very good, usable condition.

Final Sale: Due to the AS-IS, UNTESTED nature of the main frame, all sales are final. Please bid with the understanding that the frame may require adjustment or repair to be fully operational.

 

Everything on our site is listed in "AS Is" condition- we offer no guarantees of working condition. We offer NO SHIPPING. Everything is Pick up only. Pick up hours are M-Th 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-3:30pm.

We encourage customers to make an appointment to view item(s) before bidding. All customers MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT prior to arriving on campus to pick up item(s). If you arrive to the warehouse without an appointment, we make no guarantee that we can assist you. If item is not removed from our facility in 10 days, it will be relisted or disposed of.

PayMac handles all payments for Washtenaw Community College.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


Washtenaw Community College will charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
