The Property is sold and conveyed "AS IS, WHERE IS," and without representation or warranty. We receive items from a number of sources including City of Livermore Police Department, seized items from Police and, in many cases the actual condition of items is unknown. There is no warranty of vehicles odometer readings.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises, including packing and/or loading. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. WE WILL NOT SHIP.
