This vehicle was purchased new by the Marysville Fire District in 2006.  Vehicle is a diesel powered 2006 International chassis with a Horton ambulance module.  Transmission is an Allison EVS3000 automatic, brake system is hydraulic, rear suspension is air ride.  Stryker auto load system shall remain in and sold with the vehicle.  All fire service dispatch communication devices have been removed and will not be included in the sale of this vehicle.  Only the equipment located within the vehicle at the time of bid closing will be included. Pictures are representative of all included equipment and vehicle condition.  Service records dating back to 2005 are available upon request to purchaser. Vehicle runs and drives with no known mechanical issues.  All emergency warning devices have been disabled. Floor to ceiling height inside the module is 72"

It is highly recommended that bidders perform an inspection of the vehicle prior to submitting a bid.  Inspections are made by appointment only and only during the hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm Tuesday through Friday.  To schedule an inspection or information pertaining to vehicle shall be directed to:

Payment required in accordance with PublicSurplus.com requirements. Failure to pick up / remove within 10 days of payment will result in winning bidders/purchasers forfeiture of both payment and item purchased.  Acceptance and signatory to Agency Sales Agreement required.

  1. Price and Terms of Payment. The price of the Equipment shall be the final accepted bid and shall be payable prior to the time of delivery of the Equipment. 
  2. Taxes. Any tax or other governmental charge imposed on the sale of the Equipment shall be paid by Buyer.
  3. Delivery. Delivery shall be on or before 7 (seven) days post auction closing, and shall be to Buyer at Seller's location. 
  4. Risk of Loss. Risk of loss shall pass to Buyer on close of auction.
  5. Indemnification. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller, its agents, employees and insurers for any claim for personal injury or property damage resulting from use of the equipment and based on any act or omission of the Seller or its agents and employees.
  6. Inspection. Buyer has inspected the Equipment and accepts the Equipment in its present condition. The Buyer has been informed of the following defects in the Equipment known to Seller.
  7. Warranty. The Equipment is sold in an as is condition.  Seller makes no warranty express or implied, written or oral regarding the condition of the Equipment and Seller specifically disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  8. Applicable Law. The contract is to be construed according to the laws of the State of Washington.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Marysville Fire District will not release the item to you.
