All items are sold "as-is, where-is" without warranty, expressed or implied, Buyer agrees to indemnify & hold harmless Seller for any & all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or removal of item(s)

GCCISD may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles payments for GCCISD.

Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card - no cash, checks, or money orders will be accepted
Payment for an item must be received within 5 business days after Notice of Award.

GCCISD will charge a sales tax of 8.25% to be calculated at the time of bidding on any item(s)

A buyer's premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price ($1.00 minimum) per auction for payment collections
All sales are final.

Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the district's premises.

Pick-up must occur within 10 business days after receiving Notice of Award; item(s) will not be released without the Notice of Award, payment receipt, & personal identification
For information & to schedule a time to inspect or pick up item(s)

Inspection of any items will be scheduled by appointment only.

The Buyer will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary
