You, as the buyer, are responsible for packing, loading, removing, and transporting any awarded items. Make sure you are able to pick up any items you win via this auction during the following dates and times.
Pickup dates and times - Saturday, February 21st - Friday, February 27th from 8 AM to 3 PM.
Please be advised this is a Dutch Auction. Currently Dutch Auctions are not supported with the Public Surplus Buyer's App. To bid on this auction item, please access Public Surplus through a browser to ensure that you are able to select the quantity you would like to bid on.
Your bid amount will be multiplied by the quantity you select. For example, if there are 10 items available and you bid on 3 items at $20 your bid amount would be $60. If you do not understand how this type of auction works, please contact Public Surplus buyer support on chat to discuss how these auctions work before placing a bid. Lack of understanding of this type of auction will be no excuse for failure to pay. Buyers that fail to pay will be blocked and marked as defaulted.

PayMac, Inc. handles all payments for MCC. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
MCC may collect sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding as applicable. The buyer shall include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
MCC may require a bid deposit.
All sales are final.
Auction item(s) must be removed from MCC's premises according to the schedule listed in the auction description. You must bring the Notice of Award, the Paid Receipt, and personal picture identification (i.e. Driver License) to the pick-up location. You must present all three identification items at the scheduled pick-up, or the auction item(s) will not be released to you.
You will be required to sign the Hold Harmless Waiver at the time of your pick-up.
