Two (2) pre-fab concrete slabs. 28 feet x 20 inches x 8.5 inches. The weight of them is unknown. The buyer will have 15 days to pick them up after the auction ends. Grant County is unable to help load them.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Grant County Public Works will charge a sales tax on all transactions unless proof of tax exemption is provided. Buyers from tax exempt states will be required to pay Washington Sales Tax so please be advised.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
