Aircraft may not be in compliance with applicable FAA requirements. Buyer is responsible for bringing the aircraft into compliance with 14 CFR or other applicable standards, including obtaining all necessary FAA inspections or modifications.

This aircraft is currently in preserved mode. The buyer will be responsible for towing the aircraft from the City of Chicago facility and relocating it to a suitable location for de-preservation and any work required to make it flyable. Please plan accordingly. 

Winning Bidder Removal Instructions (including 2FM assistance):
• Buyer is responsible for removing the helicopter.
• 2FM can assist with loading the helicopter onto the transport vehicle supplied by the buyer.

IMPORTANT:  Third (3rd) party payments are not accepted on any auctions. The winning bidder MUST make payment (please read the linked Terms and Conditions). Third party payment may result in default of the bidder/auction. 

Bidder must furnish the labor and equipment to remove all auction items (see Terms and Conditions).Winning bidders must possess a valid Driver's License to remove any vehicle from the Salvage Yard or provide written authorization for a third party with a valid Driver's License to remove the vehicle.
