Our school district is auctioning off a lot of used Dell desktop computers and 250 monitors of various makes and aspect ratios. The desktops include a mix of working and non-working units, all sold as-is with no guarantees of functionality. Many do not have hard drives or RAM, and the processors are Intel Core 2 Duo or older. These systems are ideal for parts, repair, or repurposing.

The monitors in this lot vary in size and aspect ratio, with some being standard 4:3 models and others widescreen. They are untested and sold as-is. Power cables and other accessories are not guaranteed to be included. This auction is for the full lot, and bidders should be prepared to take all items. Local pickup is required, and buyers are responsible for loading and transport.

Viewing of auction items are by appointment only.

WUSD may require bid deposits to ensure fairness.

PayMac, handles all payments related to online auctions for WUSD. Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer and Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after the notice of award of the winning bid.

WUSD will charge a sales tax of 9.5%. The tax will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium, if applicable, will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of items(s) from WUSD premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) calendar days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or WUSD will not release the item(s). The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading, and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary. Pickup must be scheduled with the auction contact.
