Trailer sold as is and without any warranties or money back
Winning Bidder is responsible for removing Trailer for property within 10 business days on close of sale. Pick up times 8a to 5p Monday-Friday available.
Winner Bidder most supply copy of Driver’s License and Receipt from auction paid at time of pick up or email ahead of pick up.

Scheduling Appointment for Pick-up:
- After winning auction, complete payment, then call or email to schedule an appointment for pick-up. 817-597-5312 cgeeo@weatherfordtx.gov
- Pick-up days are Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM.
- Appointments must be scheduled for at least one (1) business day in advance.
- Attempted pick-ups outside of scheduled time or without an appointment will be turned away, no exceptions.
Pick-up procedure:

- Upon arrival, call 817-598-4139 to let us know you have arrived.
- Be prepared to show photo identification and payment receipt as required.
Items may have dents and paint may be scratched, chipped, or peeling, decals have been removed but impressions remain, License plates will be removed if shown and no license plate is provided.

We cannot allow testing of electric items, or test driving or starting of vehicles due to liability issues.

All items are offered as is - where is, no exchanges or refunds. No guarantees or warranties are expressed nor implied. All dutch auctions are on a first-come, first-served basis, REGARDLESS OF AMOUNT BID. Successful bidder MUST MAKE PAYMENT AND TAKE POSSESSION of items purchased within five (5) BUSINESS DAYS. Business hours are Monday -to-Friday, 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Buyer assumes all liability and/or responsibility for movement and/or use of items purchased from the City of Weatherford.
PayMac handles all payments for City of Weatherford.
State/Local sales and/or Use tax of 8.25% shall be added to all purchases made except on vehicles. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up.
All pick up or shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
