Items must be picked up no later than 2 pm on July 27st. No exceptions. Failure to pick up items by deadline will result in forfeiture.

Payment in full is due within (5) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award, NO EXCEPTIONS. All payments will be collected by PayMac.

Payment may only be made online by credit card or by wire transfer. If $4,000 or over, payment can only be made by wire transfer. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Valid picture ID will be required when picking up items.

ITEM PICKUP TIMES ARE 7:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M. MONDAY-THURSDAY. CLOSED FRIDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.

All items must be removed within ten (10) calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All property is offered for sale "as-is, where-is." Navajo County makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages - special, direct, indirect, or consequential.
