  • Seller will not provide mechanical help or loading assistance. Come fully prepared to load your items and be prepared any possible situation. This includes bringing your own tools, flatbed trailers, dollies, forklifts etc.
  • Scheduled appointments for in person tasks only.

  • 24HR NOTICE IS NECESSARY FOR ITEM PICKUP, SAME DAY PICKUP WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.

PayMac handles all payments for City of Bloomington, Illinois. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Titles will be made out to the winning bidder as it appears on Public Surplus website. City of Bloomington, Illinois will not issue replacement titles.

Bid Deposits: City of Bloomington, Illinois may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.

Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
