Condition: FAIR

Two connected classroom trailers are available for public auction at Kenmore Middle School in Arlington, Virginia. These modular units were previously used for educational purposes and are being sold as-is.

Property Details:

  • Manufacturer: Diamond Builders, Inc. (2012)
  • Models: DBI 5001 A & B and DBI 5002 A & B
  • Occupancy Type: Education/Classroom
  • Configuration: Two connected units, each approximately 24' x 36'

Location: Kenmore Middle School

Removal Requirements: The purchaser will be responsible for complete removal of the trailers and all above-ground associated components, including but not limited to:

  • Skirting
  • Anchors
  • Ramps
  • Awnings

Trailers are expected to include wheels, axles, and tongues. Units will be emptied prior to transfer; however, certain IT equipment, electronics, or alarm systems may be removed in advance.

The site must be left clean and tidy upon removal. Please note that a separate 36' x 48' unit located nearby will remain on site and is not part of this sale.

Condition Notes: One classroom previously experienced a roof leak that has since been repaired. Interior restoration (carpet and ceiling) in that area has not been completed.

Additional Information: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Interested bidders are encouraged to review all details and arrange for inspection if available.

We are not equipped for shipping, items are available for local pick up only. All items must be removed within five (5) business days following the close of auction for the awarded items. All loading and labor costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any item left after the removal deadline will be subject to resale to the next highest bidder without any obligation to refund any amount to the original buyer.

Property is available for viewing by appointment. For automobiles call 703-228-5749 for all other material call 703-228-6193. Pick up hours are 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday except holidays.
