Running Condition:
A third-party vendor assessed the condition of the bus on 7/17/26. Summarized findings are included below:
Low-voltage batteries were not charged sufficiently enough to turn the vehicle on. The LV battery was jump-started, which further allowed the vehicle to successfully power up. The high-voltage battery packs were inspected and found to be online, balanced, and operating normally.
One active diagnostic trouble code was present for the DCDC Converter Loss of Communication. Due to this fault, the vehicle would not remain powered long enough before entering a fault state, preventing further system operation. The LV power connector at the DCDC converter was verified and confirmed to have all required voltages. Despite proper power and voltage being supplied, the DCDC converter continued to fail communication. The vehicle was also connected to a charger and successfully accepted a charge without any abnormalities. Based on the findings, the DCDC converter is determined to be faulty.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Yolo County Transportation District assume responsibility for packing, loading or transporting auction item(s).
