IEC HN-SII Centrifuge

This listing is for one (1) centrifuge. The unit is in used condition with cosmetic wear, marks, staining, and residue from prior use. It powered on and the rotor spun when tested. During a short test, the RPM gauge increased to approximately 3,000 RPM. The gauge did not indicate above approximately 3,000 RPM during testing, and it is unknown whether the gauge is operating or reading accurately throughout its full range. The timer was not tested. No further testing was performed.

Description
IEC HN-SII laboratory centrifuge with an eight-position rotor and removable metal tube holders. The unit features adjustable speed and time controls, an analog RPM gauge, and a brake control. The centrifuge was manufactured in 1998 according to the identification plate.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance for inspections and pick up.  Appointment hours are 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday.

PAYMENT
PayMac Inc, Surplus handles all payments for FCPS. Payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auction or user will lose the auction and it will be relisted and user could possibly be banned from future auctions. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Buyer Premium: A 7% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (6%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items).

AUCTION DEPOSIT
Any item that goes over $500 will require a $50 bid deposit on it.

PICK-UP
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the end of the auction or user will lose the auction and payment. User may be banned from future auctions. A copy of the payment receipt/ receipt email, must be presented at the time of pick up. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 2:30pm at Sideburn and Forte Center and 7:00am to 1:30pm at Woodson or Merrifield. If terms are violated there will be no refund. FCPS will not ship auctions. Winner is responsible for shipping. Auction winners are responsible for loading and hauling auctions.
