Toro Power Broom
Model: 38701
36" Toro Power Broom (Commercial Gas Power Brush)
This equipment was used by our grounds crew at multiple campuses. The two machines are nearly new with very little use. The equipment did not fulfill the needs of the Facilities group. Both were purchased at the same time, one has been stored inside and one has been stored outside.

Interested buyers can bid on one or both power brooms, with the bid price representing the "per power broom" price.
This is a Dutch Auction!
Your bid amount will be multiplied by the quantity you select. For example, if there are 10 items available and you bid on 3 items at $20, your bid amount would be $60. Lack of understanding of this type of auction will be no excuse for failure to pay. Buyers that fail to pay will be blocked and marked as default.
All items are SOLD AS-IS.
All items offered for sale are USED and MAY CONTAIN unknown mechanical/operational issues that the seller is unaware of.
Seller is not able to provide loading assistance.
Buyer must come fully prepared to load the items and should be prepared for any possible situation.
This includes bringing your own tools, forklifts, dollies, flatbed trailers, etc.
APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL ITEM PICKUPS. SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING. SELLER WILL NOT ASSIST.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
