Replacement Reason: Aged Beyond Economical Repair

Needs Replacing: Worn and missing fenders, seats, Note: Advised customer of the need to tear down the carburetor to inspect, clean, and assess for any internal issues with the part. The drivability symptoms currently being displayed are indicative of carburation-related problems. This would be the initial step to take in an attempt to correct the unwanted drivability abnormality.

Vehicle Run: Start easy- use choke when cold.

Encourage interest buyers to come examine the vehicle before purchasing.

This equipment is being sold as-is, where-is with no warranty or guarantee. The winning bidder must have the equipment and the manpower to remove this equipment without assistance.

Bid Deposits: California State University Sacramento (CSUS) may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

PayMac, handles all payments for CSUS. Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

CSUS collects applicable sales tax at time of payment. If you are tax exempt, please provide your exemption certificate BEFORE time of payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price of all auctions.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. Personal photo identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or CSUS will not release the item(s).
