According to California Vehicle Code 24007.5, notice is given that all buyers of vehicles must obtain a certificate of compliance for smog control devices before registration. Purchases by dealers and vehicles sold for dismantling or for exclusive off-highway use are exempt from this requirement.

SALE:

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

PICK UP:

Winning bidder must pick up the item within ten business days of the close of the auction. **ALL ASSOCIATED ITEMS, PARTS, AND COMPONENTS MUST BE REMOVED AT THE TIME OF PICKUP*** Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. The City of Lancaster will not provide help. You must have an appointment to pick up items. NO EXCEPTIONS. All Visitors, regardless of vaccination status, shall wear a face-covering regardless of their location being indoors or outdoors. Thank you

Transport Drivers must have a letter of approval to pick up items for the buyer. A copy of the drivers’ license will be made at the time of pickup.

**PLEASE NOTE: STAFF WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST BUYERS WITH LOADING OR REMOVAL OF VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT, OR ITEMS. ** The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all labor and equipment needed to remove safely.
