This sale is in accordance with Washington State law for the sale of real property pursuant to the Judgment Foreclosing Tax Liens and Order of Sale in Cowlitz County Superior Court Cause No. 25-2-00639-08.

A tax deed will be issued within 30 days of the end of auction. The end of auction is when the Treasurer deems the entire auction is closed, not when the winning bidder may have paid for the property they won. Tax deeds will be mailed to the winning bidder at the address provided after the winning bidder is notified he or she won.

If no one bids on a parcel it will be deeded to the county to hold in trust as tax title.
