  • Asset disposal label residue present (former corporate/institutional use)
  • Used condition with normal cosmetic wear (scratches/scuffs may be present)

  • Laptop unit only; no power cable, monitor, keyboard, mouse, or accessories included

Ideal for office use, refurbishment, resale, parts, or general computing, depending on buyer needs. Item is sold as-is, as-found, with no guarantees or warranties.

No warranties expressed or implied for any items in this lot. BUYER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIFTING AND LOADING REQUIRED TO PICK UP ITEM. Buyer will have 2 weeks to pick up the item IN PERSON. To simplify pickup, we will not be able to work with a 3rd
party shipping / pick up service. The individual who won the bid must be present with a valid identification as
stated in our terms. Availability for pickup starts Wednesday July 23rd and ends Monday August 6th. (Please

Hours of operation for pick up are Monday through Thursday 10AM – 3PM.

PayMac, handles all payments for California State University, Chico.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


California State University, Chico will charge a sales tax of _9.25_%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days unless otherwise stated in auction description after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
