Description:
This item is a Childcraft children’s play sink unit constructed of wood. The unit features a molded plastic sink basin set into the top surface, along with a fixed faucet and two front-mounted control knobs (red and blue). The lower section includes a double-door cabinet with round wood knobs and interior shelving. The unit shows signs of prior use consistent with a used condition, including surface wear, scuffs, scratches, tape, and tape residue as shown in the photos. A crack is visible in the plastic sink basin.

PAYMENT
PayMac Inc, Surplus handles all payments for FCPS. Payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auction or user will lose the auction and it will be relisted and user could possibly be banned from future auctions. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Buyer Premium: A 7% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (6%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items).

AUCTION DEPOSIT
Any item that goes over $500 will require a $50 bid deposit on it.

PICK-UP
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the end of the auction or user will lose the auction and payment. User may be banned from future auctions. A copy of the payment receipt/ receipt email, must be presented at the time of pick up. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 2:30pm at Sideburn and Forte Center and 7:00am to 1:30pm at Woodson or Merrifield. If terms are violated there will be no refund. FCPS will not ship auctions. Winner is responsible for shipping. Auction winners are responsible for loading and hauling auctions.
