This listing is for one (1) double-sided sink workstation. This unit is used and shows typical cosmetic wear from previous commercial use including light scratches, scuffs, and minor staining. Includes some hardware for assembly; hardware completeness is unknown. No testing was completed on this equipment. The Edlund manual commercial can opener shown in the auction pictures is included.
Description
Commercial stainless steel double-sided sink workstation designed for food preparation, washing, and utility applications. The workstation provides two workstations on opposite sides, each with dual sink basins, an overhead shelf, four integrated electrical receptacles, and stainless steel work surfaces. Suitable for commercial kitchens, cafeterias, culinary classrooms, and other food service environments.

PAYMENT
PayMac Inc, Surplus handles all payments for FCPS. Payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auction or user will lose the auction and it will be relisted and user could possibly be banned from future auctions. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Buyer Premium: A 7% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (6%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items).
AUCTION DEPOSIT
Any item that goes over $500 will require a $50 bid deposit on it.
PICK-UP
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the end of the auction or user will lose the auction and payment. User may be banned from future auctions. A copy of the payment receipt/ receipt email, must be presented at the time of pick up. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 2:30pm at Sideburn and Forte Center and 7:00am to 1:30pm at Woodson or Merrifield. If terms are violated there will be no refund. FCPS will not ship auctions. Winner is responsible for shipping. Auction winners are responsible for loading and hauling auctions.
