3-Step Folding Choral Risers – Lot of 5
USED
This listing is for five (5) folding 3-step choral risers, consisting of four (4) approximately 72" wide risers and one (1) approximately 48" wide riser. The risers are used and show cosmetic wear from previous institutional use, including scuffs, scratches, marks, discoloration, and areas of surface rust on portions of the metal frames.
One (1) of the larger risers and the smaller riser were unfolded and set up for testing. Both opened and locked into position as they should and felt sturdy when standing on them. The remaining three (3) larger risers were not individually set up and tested but appear to be in similar overall condition.
Description
This lot includes five folding 3-step choral risers with carpeted step surfaces and metal folding frames. Four risers are approximately 6' wide, while the fifth is a narrower approximately 4' wide section. The combination of widths allows the risers to be arranged for tiered standing space for choirs, musical groups, school performances, assemblies, and similar applications. The risers fold into a compact configuration and have integrated wheels to assist with movement and storage.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance for inspections and pick up. Appointment hours are 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday.

PayMac Inc, Surplus handles all payments for FCPS. Payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auction or user will lose the auction and it will be relisted and user could possibly be banned from future auctions. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Buyer Premium: A 7% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (6%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items).
AUCTION DEPOSIT
Any item that goes over $500 will require a $50 bid deposit on it.
PICK-UP
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the end of the auction or user will lose the auction and payment. User may be banned from future auctions. A copy of the payment receipt/ receipt email, must be presented at the time of pick up. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 2:30pm at Sideburn and Forte Center and 7:00am to 1:30pm at Woodson or Merrifield. If terms are violated there will be no refund. FCPS will not ship auctions. Winner is responsible for shipping. Auction winners are responsible for loading and hauling auctions.
