[ View/Ask ]As part of our upcoming equipment lifecycle replacement, forty-five (45) Zebra ZQ520 mobile printers will be removed from operational service in March 2026. Zebra mobile printers are widely used in public safety, utilities, logistics, and field-service environments. The ZQ520 printer is scheduled for End of Service / End of Support (EOS) on June 30, 2026.
***The printers will be sold with batteries, and the labels/tags will be removed prior to sale***

Viewing & pick up times are Monday – Thursday 8am - 3pm and by appointment only.
No weekend, holiday or after-hours appointments will be made.

- SPLIT PAYMENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION. FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED DEFAULT AND BIDDER WILL BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE AUCTIONS.

PICK-UP & TITLE INFORMATION:
- APPOINTMENTS FOR PICK UP ON WINNING BIDS WILL NOT BE SET UP UNTIL PAYMENT RECEIPT HAS BEEN SENT BY PUBLIC SURPLUS.
- WE DO NOT PROVIDE TRAVEL TAGS.
- WE DO NOT HAVE A LOADING DOCK. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING ALL APPROPRIATE AND NECESSARY TOOLS AND/OR ADDITIONAL HELP FOR LOADING VEHICLE.
- GARFIELD COUNTY WILL NOT SHIP PROPERTY.
- WINNING BIDDER MUST PROVIDE VALID ID AND PAYMENT RECEIPT AT TIME OF PICKUP.
Garfield County may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Garfield County.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Wire Transfers may take up to 48 business hours to post. Once your payment has been posted you will receive a receipt of your payment by email.
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
Garfield County may collect sales tax if applicable unless the buyer provides a tax exempt certificate.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick up location.
