As part of our upcoming equipment lifecycle replacement, forty-five (45) Zebra ZQ520 mobile printers will be removed from operational service in March 2026. Zebra mobile printers are widely used in public safety, utilities, logistics, and field-service environments. The ZQ520 printer is scheduled for End of Service / End of Support (EOS) on June 30, 2026.
***The printers will be sold with batteries, and the labels/tags will be removed prior to sale***

Viewing & pick up times are Monday – Thursday 8am - 3pm and by appointment only.
No weekend, holiday or after-hours appointments will be made.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
Garfield County may collect sales tax if applicable unless the buyer provides a tax exempt certificate.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
