IMPORTANT:

This auction item must be picked up on Wednesday, June 3rd, from
8:30 AM-3:30 PM ONLY! If you are not available to pickup that day please do not bid on this item, thank you!

A Buyer Premium of 18% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. The premium will be visible during the bidding process and will be included in the payment required. Please bid accordingly. 

REMOVAL:

You must provide a copy of your paid receipt and ID verification to pick up items.

GUSD Staff will NOT be available to assist buyers with loading or removal of vehicles, equipment, items. Successful bidders will be responsible to provide all labor and equipment needed to safely remove item(s).

Buyer must remove auction item(s) from the agency premises on the specified date listed in the auction description. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item on the specified date, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise.

Viewing of Auction item is by appointment only, where applicable.

PayMac, handles all payments for Glendale Unified School District (GUSD).

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after the date of the Notice of Award of the successful bid.

Payment may only be made online by credit card, or by wire transfer. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Applicable 9% sales tax will be added to the amount due.

The successful bidder is responsible for removal or pick-up of items from GUSD's premise and is responsible for packing, loading, shipping and/or transportation of item(s) and no later than ten (10) business days after the Notice of Award.

The Buyer must present Notice of Award, payment receipt and personal identification, at the time of pick-up. Items will not released without proper documentation or appointment.
